The Heat Is On This Autumn

Now the equinox has come and gone, there is no escaping the fact that summer is over and colder, wetter and above all darker days are on the way.

Some folk are, of course, delighted when autumn arrives with its golden brown colours, Halloween pumpkins, bonfires and fireworks, not to mention no more of the downsides of summer like sunburn, biting insects and hayfever.

However, even those who enjoy autumn and look forward to winter with its Christmas lights, snowmen and a chance to get the skis out will need to stay warm.

That’s where a personalised heat sensitive mug can be a great gift. Heat sensitive mugs work through the use of thermochromic paint. These can change colour according to temperatures. They are commonly used in mood rings as well as in cups, mugs and kettles. Quite simply, they change colour when they get warmer or colder.
