Ordering and Payment

• All the purchases from this website shall be governed by our terms and conditions.

• If you make an Order for buying any product from our website. At the time ordering, while providing your details it is your duty to be careful and warrant that the details provided are true and accurate. All sales are final.

• Payment mode shall be: 

1. Online: Credit Cards and Debit cards;
2. PayPal

• The Preferred method of payment is PayPal. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal merchant services. Accepted cards are: Visa / Delta / Electron / MasterCard / Eurocard / Maestro/ American Express Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

• Any order to purchase a product that you place with us is subject to acceptance by us. When you make your order online we will provide you an email to confirm that we have received it. 

• If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to contact@getpersonalisedgifts.com.

• We may refuse or unable to process your order if:

1. Your card or PayPal account does not give authorization for the payment of purchase price.
2. You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.

• You must notify us instantly if any particulars are inappropriate. If your payment has not been accepted you will be informed of this in writing along with the reasons.

• We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.

• We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 (Thirteen) years of age to use this Website or any Services contained herein. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and may legally agree to this Agreement. We assume no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age.

Note: We are not permitted to sell goods that include alcohol to anyone under 18. By ordering any products that contain alcohol from our website you confirm that both you and the recipient of this item(s) are aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or deliver products containing alcohol at our discretion.

Availability

We try to keep our site as up to date, however, we cannot guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the 28 days you can request a cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your purchase order after confirmation, you can cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the order.

For Cancellation, you can contact us at our email contact@getpersonalisedgiftss.com. Upon cancellation, the refund is applicable to our product only at our sole discretion.

No Cancellation applicable to Perishable products or custom made products.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Please Note: We do not proofread or check personalisations due to automated system and products may come blank or with fixed design or fixed text if you do not enter any personalisation.

Delivery Policy And Return Policy

We know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Processing time + Delivery Time. We deliver to destinations within UK and certain parts of Europe

We try our best to dispatch your order on the day as specified in the product order page, however we accept no liability if the goods are not delivered at specified time. We also cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries where goods are sent directly from our manufacturers or for delays in the delivery caused by any third party. Dispatch times shown on the product description pages are indicative only, may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock.

Orders will be dispatched with your chosen delivery method or for larger parcels a tracked service at the discretion of us. Goods returned described as undeliverable or not called for, will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. If you do not receive your order within 28 days from the ordered date, we do not take liability unless you notify us in writing or by email within 30 days from the order date. 
Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is.

Next Working Day

Next working day delivery is available for some of our products. If you choose this delivery option, please note that we do not deliver on bank holidays, Saturdays or Sundays, therefore your order will be delivered the next working day for all orders within the mainland UK.

For Premium and Next Day delivery, the goods will be delivered between Monday to Friday. If you are not at the delivery address to accept your goods, the carrier may leave a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver. It is up to you to contact them to arrange a more suitable time for delivery or collection.

Important Note

• Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm and all our dispatch timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays. Next Working Day delivery to Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland will take an extra day.

• Free delivery excludes items that are on offer or discounted from the original price and available for UK address only.

• 2nd Class Mail UK address only - Royal Mail aim to deliver within two to three days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

• 1st Class Mail UK address only- Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next day, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

• Premium Tracked UK address only- This is not a next day delivery service, but you will be able to track your order.

• Next Working Day - Orders received by the cut off time stated on the product page, will be delivered next working day (Excludes Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland).

• Please note that all our items require production time and this is stated on individual product pages.

Return Policy

Damaged Product

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 72 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product as per our return policy.

Note: Due to different batches of the products, it may come from different production lots, the item logo or packaging the customer received may vary from shipments or from the photos displayed on our website. 

If all the physical appearance or the functions of the item are correct, this case will not be included in the free re-shipping policy of incorrect items.

Return Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within cooling-off period of 7 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 7 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.

In case, our customer support team accept the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. 

• The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
• All customers must contact Getpersonalisedgifts.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us. 
• Getpersonalisedgifts.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to Getpersonalisedgifts.com.

Note: Getpersonalisedgifts.com reserves the right of any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Policy (Perishable Goods And Custom Made Products)

No return or refund shall be applicable to the perishable goods and custom made products.

Refund Cycle

The Complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.

No agency, partnership, or joint venture has been created between the Parties as a result of this Agreement. No Party has any authority to bind the other to third parties.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.
