Shipping
We take pride in ensuring every order is produced and delivered on time. Each product is custom made, and our delivery time includes both production and shipping. Standard and express delivery options are available across the UK and selected European destinations.
All orders are sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page and may vary during busy periods or for made-to-order items.
We also offer Next Working Day delivery on selected products when ordered before the stated cut-off time (Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays).
Please note: delays caused by postal carriers or third parties are outside our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues quickly.
Returns
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos so our team can arrange a quick replacement or resolution.
Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind. The item must be in its original packaging and unused, and you will be responsible for return postage costs.
Because all personalised and custom-made products are created just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This also applies to perishable goods such as sweets or chocolates.
Every return must be approved by our customer support team before sending items back, and any unauthorised returns may not be processed.
